Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message. When an order is raised we also collect your delivery address and any clinical notes relevant to your formulation.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Card data, where used, is handled directly by our payment provider.

To answer your enquiry, to allow a prescriber to assess suitability, to compound, dispense and dispatch your formulation, and to keep the dispensing records required of a licensed compounding pharmacy.

Information about your skin, medications or medical history is sensitive information. We collect it only with your consent, use it only for assessment and compounding, and retain it for the period required by Australian pharmacy record-keeping obligations.

We disclose your information only to the prescriber and pharmacy staff involved in your care, to the carrier delivering your consignment, and to service providers that host our systems under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not disclose it overseas for marketing.

Records are held in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to staff who need it. We retain clinical and dispensing records for the statutory retention period, then destroy or de-identify them.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or make a privacy complaint by contacting us through the contact form. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This site uses only the storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
