Specific about the product
Actives named on the front of the bottle, at the concentration used.

Specific about the product. Specific about the client. Specific about the assessment.
An aliquot is a precisely measured portion.
Most skincare names an ingredient. Very few name the amount. The difference is whether you can tell a client what they are actually using — and whether you can place it with any precision at all.
Every part of Aliquot is built to be specific.
Actives named on the front of the bottle, at the concentration used.
Each reference exists for a skin state. Nothing is in the range to round out a set.
Precisely reads the skin first. You decide. Aliquot supplies what you specified.
Skin can look different for two reasons, and they are easy to confuse.
A high acid load, a retinoid before tolerance, over-cleansing. The barrier opens, water loss rises, and the face flushes. Oedema and erythema change how light sits on the skin, and it photographs as glow. Keeping the look needs another insult. Nothing has been supplied.
The barrier stays closed. Cofactor and signal go on the face, residues go in the gut, and the seal holds the water. Change is slower and it is not bought with sting.
Aliquot is built for the second. It is a straightforward conversation to have with a client who has been through the first, and most of them have.
You never hold inventory. Nothing sits on your shelf, nothing expires in your storeroom, and nothing has to be written off when a line changes. Orders ship direct to your client from the distribution centre.
One bottle or eight. A client who needs a single serum is a viable order.
Aliquot does not ask you to replace a brand relationship you have spent years building. Each reference is specified tightly enough to drop into a routine your client already has. You can dispense one product or a full sequence. Where the range fills a gap, it fills it. Where your existing shelf already covers something, use that.
Precisely gives you an assessment to charge for. The product follows the report. That changes what you are offering from a retail transaction into a clinical service — and it is far harder for a client to buy the same thing cheaper somewhere else.
Tranexamic acid acts upstream of tyrosinase inhibition — it interrupts the signal before melanin is made. A different mechanism from every brightening serum built on a tyrosinase inhibitor, and why it helps where those often do not.
GHK-Cu drives collagen synthesis and, separately, the metalloproteinases that remodel it — turnover rather than deposition alone. It is also the treat for a client who cannot tolerate a retinoid, which most ranges have no answer for.
Salmon-derived DNA fragments with adenosine, for recovery after in-clinic work. Unfragranced. Clients are already asking for this by name.
Water free, so it cannot oxidise. What is in the bottle at week eight is what was in it on day one — which is not true of most vitamin C serums your clients have bought before.
Ceramide AP and EOP with cholesterol and phytosphingosine. The barrier needs ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids together, and most ranges supply a ceramide name without the supporting lipids or the ratio.
Encapsulated, so release is slowed and irritation is lower for a given concentration. The step between an over-the-counter retinol a client has already failed on and a prescription retinoid they are not ready for.
Very few clinic ranges have an oral arm at all, and fewer still have one that is not simply collagen powder.
Twenty-two free-form amino acids, absorbed without proteolysis. Glycine, proline and lysine are the backbone residues of collagen — the substrate side of the same conversation 04 sits on. Suits clients who do not tolerate whey or pea protein.
Spermidine induces autophagy; NMN is a NAD+ precursor. Longevity is the fastest-growing question in the room and most clinics have nothing to answer it with.

01 carries no actives at all. That is its specification — the reference for a thin barrier, a retinoid night, or the days after a procedure.
No acids, no actives. Sensitive, dry, reactive, post-procedure.
Short-contact AHA. Dull, rough, mildly congested.
Oil soluble, enters the follicle where an AHA cannot. Congestion.
The cofactor for collagen hydroxylation, in a base that cannot oxidise. Mornings.
The daily treat and the only ceramide reference in the range.
Pigment and post-inflammatory marking.
Laxity, post-procedure, and the alternative where a retinoid is not tolerated.
Recovery after in-clinic work.
Encapsulated, so slower release and less irritation. Evenings.
Oil free. Oily, dehydrated, humid conditions, post-active.
Plant lipid occlusive. Dry skin, retinoid users, cool seasons.
The iron oxides attenuate visible light, which drives pigment independently of UV.
Free-form amino acids, absorbed without proteolysis.
Spermidine induces autophagy; NMN is a NAD+ precursor.

Compatibility — which references share an application and which do not — is set out in full in the Academy training.
Under the surface sits the extra-cellular matrix — collagen for strength, elastin for recoil, hyaluronic acid holding water, and a lipid seal stopping it escaping. Fibroblasts build and mend it. Since the 1970s it has been understood to instruct cells rather than simply pack space between them.
Every reference in the range sits on a named point of that biology. That is the selection rule.
Collagen's triple helix is stabilised by hydroxylated proline and lysine. That hydroxylation requires ascorbic acid as enzyme cofactor — 04 on the face, IN 01 supplying the residues.
GHK-Cu occurs naturally in plasma and declines with age. It drives collagen synthesis and, separately, the metalloproteinases that remodel it — 07.
Three separate points on one pathway. Tranexamic acid upstream on the signal, licorice root at the enzyme, niacinamide downstream on transfer — 06 and 05.
The stratum corneum needs ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids together; supplying one alone can worsen barrier function. 05 carries ceramide AP and EOP with cholesterol and phytosphingosine. 10 and 11 hold and seal.
Retinoic acid drives keratinocyte differentiation and inhibits matrix breakdown. Encapsulation lowers irritation — 09.
NAD+ declines with age and is required for sirtuin activity and repair. Niacinamide is the topical precursor; NMN is the oral one — 05 and IN 02.
This is why the range has an oral arm. The residues used to build collagen and elastin are eaten; the cofactor and the signal go on the face. Neither substitutes for the other.
| Matrix role | Inside | Outside |
|---|---|---|
| Collagen hydroxylation | IN 01 — glycine, proline, lysine | 04 — ascorbic acid 10%, same day |
| Copper-peptide signal | IN 01 supplies two of the three GHK residues | 07 — copper tripeptide-1 |
| Cellular energy | IN 02 — NMN and spermidine | 05 — niacinamide 8% |
| Barrier and water | — | 05, 10, 11 |
| Turnover | Amino acids are not an exfoliant | 09 — retinol, when tolerated |
These describe how the named actives sit on the same biology. They are not a claim that any Aliquot topical and ingestible have been trialled as a finished pair.
Takes six guided photographs and a twenty-question intake, and returns a report with photo-linked findings, a suggested sequence and safety notes.
Go through the report in consult and decide what is dispensed. An app does not write the protocol.
Supplies what you specified, direct to your client.
Precisely reads skin condition. It does not assess spots or moles, and a report is not a skin check.
